(LIMA, OH) -- THE NUMBER OF COVID-19 CASES IN ALLEN COUNTY GREW BY FIVE YESTERDAY TO 121. TWENTY OF THOSE CASES ARE ASSUMED CASES THAT HAVEN’T BEEN CONFIRMED WITH TESTING. THERE WAS ONE HOSPITALIZATION REPORTED, THE FIRST IN THE COUNTY SINCE SATURDAY. THERE WERE ALSO TWO DEATHS REPORTED WHICH BRINGS THE TOTAL TO 24.

(COLUMUBS, OH) -- GOVERNOR MIKE DEWINE'S ORDER TO RESTART OHIO'S ECONOMY BEGINS TODAY. DEWINE HAS A STERN WARNING FOR THOSE BUSINESSES WHO PLAN ON OPENING TOO EARLY.

PEOPLE CAN HAVE ELECTIVE SURGERIES THAT DON'T REQUIRE AN OVERNIGHT STAY. YOU CAN VISIT THE DENTIST AND OF COURSE VISIT THE VETERINARIAN. WE KNOW OF AT LEAST ONE RESTAURANT IN COLUMBUS THAT WILL OPEN BEFORE IT'S SUPPOSED TO. RESTAURANTS ARE AMONG SEVERAL BUSINESSES THAT HAVE YET TO GET A START DATE.

HAIR SALONS AND GYMS AND RESTAURANTS ARE AMONG THOSE BUSINESSES THAT HAVE YET TO GET A START DATE BUT WE'RE NOT SURE WHEN THAT WILL HAPPEN.

DEWINE'S PLAN CALLS FOR OFFICES, AS WELL AS MANUFACTURING TO RE-OPEN ON MONDAY, AND FOR RETAILERS TO OPEN THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.

>>OSHP SEEKS HELP IN HIT-AND-RUN DEATH OF LIMA MAN ON U.S. 30

(LIMA, OH) -- TROOPERS FROM THE LIMA POST OF THE OHIO STATE HIGHWAY PATROL ARE INVESTIGATING AN INCIDENT WHICH TOOK PLACE ON US 30 NEAR REDD ROAD IN ALLEN COUNTY.

YESTERDAY AT APPROXIMATELY 3:05 A.M., TROOPERS WERE CALLED TO THE SCENE WHERE A MAN WAS FOUND DECEASED IN THE WEST BOUND LANES OF US 30 NEAR REDD ROAD. THE VICTIM, RICHARD P. LEE, 52, OF LIMA, WAS PRONOUNCED DEAD BY THE ALLEN COUNTY CORONER’S OFFICE FROM INJURIES RELATED TO BEING STRUCK BY A VEHICLE. MR. LEE’S VEHICLE WAS FOUND PARKED ON THE SIDE OF THE REDD ROAD.

INVESTIGATORS FOUND EVIDENCE INDICATING A LIGHT BLUE SEMI-TRACTOR MAY BE INVOLVED. IT IS UNCLEAR AS TO THE REASON FOR MR. LEE TO BE OUTSIDE OF HIS VEHICLE AT THIS TIME. THE INVESTIGATION IS ONGOING.
