(COLUMBUS, OH) -- GOVERNOR MIKE DEWINE ANNOUNCED YESTERDAY THAT ADDITIONAL HELP IS ON THE WAY OUR FIRST RESPONDERS FROM A COLUMBUS-BASED LABORATORY. (LIMA, OH) -- THERE IS A FOOD DISTRIBUTION TODAY AT THE WEST OHIO FOOD BANK LOCATION ON EAST KIBBY STREET IN LIMA. THE DISTRIBUTION IS FULL AS PARTICIPANTS HAVE TO PRE-REGISTER. LIMA — GREATER LIMA REGION INC. HAS ANNOUNCED ITS INVESTMENT INTO NEW UPSCALE RESIDENTIAL APARTMENTS IN DOWNTOWN LIMA.

THE PROJECT, CALLED THE LOFTS@315, WILL FEATURE SEVEN RENOVATED TWO-BEDROOM UNITS AT 315-319 N. ELIZABETH STREET. THE UNITS WILL BE MADE AVAILABLE AT MARKET RATE PRICES. GREATER LIMA REGION HAS INVESTED 18% EQUITY IN THE PROJECT.

LIMA CITY COUNCIL APPROVED A 50% 12-YEAR TAX ABATEMENT FOR THE PROJECT IN JANUARY.
