(Celina, OH)--The Celina Police Department says they’re searching for a missing Celina man. 26-year old Tre Bilger was reported missing by his mother on Friday. She says she last saw him a week ago today when he left with an unknown person in a white, extended cab Ford pickup truck. Anyone with information should contact the Celina P.D. at 419-586-2345.

(Celina, OH)--26-year old Merissa Fetters was found dead in a residence on Touvelle Street in Celina Friday night. The Celina Police Department says the death appears to be accidental and that drugs are suspected.

>>Hardin County Sheriff Investigating Death

(Kenton, OH) --A death in Hardin County remains under investigation.

The Hardin County Sheriff’s Office released a statement Saturday saying that a deceased male was found in the area of Township Road 100 near Alger.

While social media posts have identified the deceased, the Sheriff’s Office said this morning that they have no announcement and there are no developments yet in the case.

>>Elida Schools Avoids Court

(Elida, OH)--Hometown Stations reports that an agreement has been reached between the Elida School District and the Village of Elida for providing water and sewer to the soon to be built elementary school.

Elida Superintendent Joel Mengerink said that the school district has dropped their lawsuit with the village after they have come to a resolution that satisfied both parties. Mengerink said that an annexation will take place and the school will receive an abatement for its current employees.

Construction on the new elementary building is set to start in two weeks.

(Lima, OH)--The Lima News reports that 41-year old Calvin McGhee of Lima was sentenced to 13 years in prison yesterday in Allen County Common Pleas Court. McGhee admitted to robbing the Rich Gas Station on North Main Street twice in a two week span last fall.

(Columbus, OH) -- Following an upset win over Maryland, the Ohio State Buckeyes men's basketball team is moving up in the new Coaches Poll rankings. The Buckeyes are up two spots to number 23 in the new poll released Monday thanks to the big win over the number nine ranked Terrapins, which helped overshadow a road loss to number 18 Iowa. OSU will close out their February schedule on Thursday when they travel to Nebraska to face the Cornhuskers at Pinnacle Bank Arena.

(Dayton, OH) -- The Dayton Flyers are now the number three ranked team in the country following the release of the new Coaches Poll yesterday. Dayton moved up after beating Duquesne and VCU last week to extend its winning streak to 16-games. The Flyers are now two spots below the Kansas Jayhawks who are only one of two teams to have beaten Dayton this year with a 90-84 overtime victory back in November at the Maui Jim Maui Invitational. The Flyers return to action tonight on the road at George Mason.

(Cleveland, OH) -- Kevin Porter Jr. scored 30 points off the bench as the Cavaliers outlasted the Heat 125-119 in overtime downtown. Kevin Love contributed 17 points and 14 rebounds for the Cavs, who have won three-of-four to improve to 16-and-41. The Sixers come to town tomorrow.

(Columbus, OH) -- The Blue Jackets snapped an eight-game winless streak with a 4-3 win in overtime over the Ottawa Senators. CBJ Captain Nick Foligno came a goal shy of a hat trick, and Emil Bemstrom put in the game-winner as Columbus won for the first time since February 7th against Detroit. Starting goalie Elvis Merzlikins left the game with an injury in the second period and was replaced by Joonas Korpisalo who was activated off the injury list yesterday. The Jackets will have little time to rest as they pack up and head to Minnesota for a game tonight with the Wild.
