>>Traffic Notes

(Lima, OH) -- West Market Street between Collett Street and Baxter Street will have the EASTBOUND lanes of traffic closed for a utility project today. Eastbound traffic will be detoured to Spring Street via Collett Street. If possible, through-traffic is advised to find an alternate route during this time period.

In addition, U.S. 30 in both directions just west of the Middle Point-Wetzel Road interchange will be temporarily stopped for short intervals tomorrow.

ODOT says the stoppages are necessary because of a project to replace the overhead transmission lines. The work will occur between 9 a.m. and noon and traffic is expected to be affected for 15 minutes at a time.
