>>Fire damages historic Argonne Residence Inn

(Lima, OH)--The Lima Fire Department was called to the historic Argonne Residence Inn at 201 North Elizabeth Street just after noon yesterday for a fire Apartment 606.

The fire department was on scene for about an hour and called out all three engines, a ladder truck and heavy rescue medic units. American Township Fire Department also assisted.

Lima Police helped evacuate residents from the sixth through tenth floors. All of the residents, except the tenant in Apartment 606, were allowed to return to their apartments. The only unit directly affected was 606 but floor six through ten suffered smoke damage. The cause is still under investigation.

>>Man Fires at St. Rita’s

(Lima, OH) -- According to the Lima Police Department, just before 3:30 p.m. Sunday an unknown man fired several rounds at the hospital, striking the northwest corner of Mercy Health-St. Rita’s Medical Center at 730 W. Market in Lima.

>>Man shot in Lima

(Lima, OH)--The Lima Police department is investigating another shooting from early yesterday morning as well. Officers were called out to the intersection of Richie and Woodward Avenues in reference to a report of shots fired. As they were responding they learned that 26-year old Curtis Miles was at St. Rita’s Medical Center with what appeared to be a non-life threatening gunshot wound. Officers then found a vehicle with numerous bullet holes near the intersection of Richie and Woodward.

>>TWO TORNADOES SATURDAY NIGHT IN MIAMI COUNTY

(TROY, OH)--THERE WAS SEVERE WEATHER TO OUR SOUTH LATE SATURDAY NIGHT FROM A RARE WINTER THUNDERSTORM AS TWO TORNADOES WERE REPORTED, O-N-N's BRITTANY BAILEY REPORTS.

THEY TOUCHED DOWN BETWEEN 10 AND 10:30 IN MIAMI COUNTY. ONE OF THOSE TORNADOES TOUCHED DOWN IN THE CITY OF TROY. THAT'S ABOUT 20 MILES NORTH OF DAYTON. THE OTHER WAS NEAR FLETCHER. BOTH WERE E-F-ZERO WITH WINDS REACHING 70 TO 80 MILES PER HOUR. THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE REPORTS DAMAGE TO THE ROOFS OF BUILDINGS IN TROY. THE TORNADO IN THAT TOWN WAS ON THE GROUND FOR THREE MILES.

>>Sources Say Browns Will Hire Vikings Offensive Coordinator As Next Head Coach

(Cleveland, OH) -- Sources say the Cleveland Browns head coaching search is over and the team will hire Minnesota Vikings assistant Kevin Stefanski. According to reports, Stefanski will take over the Browns just one season removed from being the runner-up for the job, which went to the now-fired Freddie Kitchens. Stefanski has spent 14 seasons with the Vikings working under three head coaches mostly as a quarterbacks coordinator before being elevated to overseeing the whole offense in 2018. The team has not yet made an official announcement or scheduled a press conference to discuss the hire.

>>Chiefs Comeback to Rout Texans

(Kansas City, MO) --The Chiefs have advanced to a second straight AFC hampionship

game, rallying for an improbable 51-31 win over the Texans after trailing 24-0 early in the second quarter to become the first team in playoff history to win by at least 20 in a game in which it trailed by at least 20. Kansas City's comeback took less than a quarter, as it scored four touchdowns in just over nine minutes to

go into halftime leading 28-24. The Chiefs then went on to score on their first three possessions of the second half to become the first team to score touchdowns on seven straight possessions in a playoff game. The Chiefs will host the sixth-seeded Titans next week.

>>Packers Fight Off Seahawks

(Green Bay, WI) -- The Packers held off a late rally from the Seahawks to earn a 28-23 win in the Divisional Playoff round from Green Bay. Davante Adams hauled in eight passes for a franchise-playoff record 160 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Aaron Rodgers passed for a pair of scores and Aaron Jones rushed for two more as the Pack led 21-3 at halftime. Rodgers and Adams hooked up in the third quarter for the deciding touchdown. The Packers will visit the 49ers in the NFC Championship Game. Russell Wilson guided three touchdown drives in the second half for Seattle, but it wasn't enough to close the gap. Marshawn Lynch ran for two touchdowns as the season ends for the Seahawks.

>>Cavs Look For Third Straight Win With Visit To LeBron James' Lakers Tonight

(Los Angeles, CA) -- The Cleveland Cavaliers will take a two-game winning streak with them tonight when they visit LeBron James and the L.A. Lakers. The Cavs are coming off back-to-back road wins over Detroit and Denver while the Lakers have the best record in the Western Conference and are on an eight-game winning streak of their own. This will be the first meeting between the two teams this season with the next match set for late March in Cleveland. Tip-off tonight from the Staples Center is set for 10:30 p.m.

>>Minnesota Upsets #19 Michigan

(Minneapolis, MN) -- Minnesota is celebrating another upset win after taking down 19th-ranked Michigan 75-67 in Minneapolis. Lima Senior grad Xavier Simpson scored 19 points and handed out 9 assists for the Wolverines, who fell to 11-and-5 including just 2-and-3 in conference action.
