>>Early Friday Morning Armed Robbery Still Under Investigation
An early Friday morning armed robbery in Lima remains under investigation by the Allen County Sheriff’s Office. They say it happened in the 1800 block of East Elm Street. The victim, a driver for Black and White Cab Company, was responding to a ride pickup request at a residence in the area. The victim says that he was approached by three black males, each pointing a handgun at him. The suspects entered the vehicle and stole his wallet and cellphone before fleeing the area. The victim was not injured during the incident and at this time the suspects have not been apprehended. One male was taken into custody for unrelated warrants at a nearby location, but the investigation is ongoing and at this time and that individual is not charged as a suspect in the robbery.
The suspects were described as three black males approximately (5’ 10” 180lbs) (5’ 6” 150 lbs) and (6’ 160lbs).

(Columbus Grove, OH) -- A fire that broke out around 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Pearl Street in Columbus Grove is under investigation.
The Columbus Grove Fire Department’s Facebook page reports that when crews arrived they found heavy fire from the rear of the residence. They say there were no injuries.

HE SAYS THE COMPANY ISN'T WILLING TO FAIRLY COMPENSATE WORKERS. GM SAYS IT CONTINUES TO NEGOTIATE IN GOOD FAITH "WITH VERY GOOD PROPOSALS."
THE STRIKE HAS SHUT DOWN G-M'S U.S. PRODUCTION SINCE SEPT. 16 AND HAMPERED MANUFACTURING IN MEXICO AND CANADA.

(Lima, OH) – It’s a big week for the The Lima Family YMCA as the weight room will be closed today through Thursday for a revovation. It will be re-opened on Friday. The Y says that several new pieces of equipment will be added, and the space will be receiving a fresh look.

(Cincinnati, OH) -- The Cincinnati Bengals rallied late but a last-second field goal gave the Arizona Cardinals a 26-23 win at Paul Brown Stadium. Cincinnati drops to 0-and-5 and is still searching for it's first win under head coach Zac Taylor. Quarterback Andy Dalton passed for two touchdowns and 262-yards with no picks for Cincy while Joe Mixon rushed for 93-yards to lead the offense. The Bengals will try again for that elusive first victory Sunday at the Baltimore Ravens.

(Santa Clara, CA) -- The Cleveland Browns are set for their second Monday Night Football game of the season tonight against the San Francisco 49ers. Cleveland will look to continue the momentum of their blowout win last weekend in Baltimore versus the undefeated 'Niners. Quarterback Baker Mayfield and running back Nick Chubb will run into a 49ers defense led by former Ohio State standout Nick Bosa.

(Columbus, OH) -- The Columbus Blue Jackets return to Nationwide Arena tonight to play the Buffalo Sabres in search of their first win of the season. Following back-to-back-losses to Toronto and Pittsburgh, the Blue Jackets will try to get in the win column against a team they faced twice in the preseason. The CBJ have been outscored 11-3 in their two losses but scored seven goals while going 1-and-1 against the Sabres last month.

(Dover, DE) -- Kyle Larson is punching his ticket to the final eight. Larson led 154 laps to win the NASCAR Playoff race at Dover International Speedway. Martin Truex Junior finished second in the race while Alex Bowman took third. Kevin Harvick landed in the fourth spot. Denny Hamlin led 218 laps in the race and placed fifth.
