>>Another Shooting on Lima’s North Side
(Lima, OH) --An apparent gangland type feud seemingly boiled over again last night on Lima’s north side. At approximately 9:30 Lima Police were dispatched to the Brower Commons Apartments at 1151 Adam Lee Place for a report of shots fired. There was no arrest and there were no injuries reported as an ambulance was not called. Online postings indicate the incident may have been a drive by shooting but LPD is still putting together all the details from the latest incident in that area.
That same address is where murder suspect Jolade “JoJo” Reginald Omosikeji Jr. was arrested on June 25th in connection with the shooting death of Christian Laws on June 14th. That murder took place just down Brower Road from that apartment complex on Adam Lee Place.
>>Man Wanted in Mercer County Arrested in Continental
(Continental, OH) – A Montpelier man, wanted on a felony warrant from Mercer County was arrested in Continental yesterday. Continental Police arrested 41-year old Sean Oehler at 410 South Seventh Street. Officers found Meth and other white substances at the residence as well. Oehler faces an extradition hearing later today.
>>Hit-and-Run Suspect Arrested in Celina
(Celina, OH) – The Celina Police Department has arrested 70-year old Harold Bashore in connection with a car versus pedestrian incident on Monday.
70-year old James Farmer of Celina was the victim and suffered a serious head injury. Witnesses came forward with detailed descriptions of the vehicle. That, and security video allowed police to identify the vehicle that hit Farmer.

>>Reds Fall As Brewers Rally For Win At Great American Ball Park
(Cincinnati, OH) -- The Cincinnati Reds fell to the red-hot Milwaukee Brewers 4-2 in the opening game of their final home series at Great American Ball Park. Cincinnati jumped out to an early two-run lead in the bottom of the first before giving up four unanswered runs to a Brewers team that is now one win away from clinching a Wild Card berth. Milwaukee outfielder Ryan Braun hit his 27th home run at Great American Ball Park to extend his record for most homers hit at GABP as a visiting player. The Reds and Brewers will meet again tonight for game two of their series with first pitch set for 6:40 p.m.

(Chicago, IL) -- Cleveland Indians third baseman Jose Ramirez returned from the injured list to lead the Tribe to an 11-0 shelling of the White Sox in Chicago. Ramirez hit two home runs including a grand slam and finished with seven RBIs in his first game back since August 24th. Mike Clevinger pitched seven shutout innings and struck out ten batters to notch his 13th win of the season. With the win, the Indians stay in the Wild Card hunt and sit a half-game behind Tampa Bay and one game behind Oakland with five games left.
