>>Shawnee Twp Woman Goes Missing
(Lima, OH) –- A state wide Silver Alert is still in effect as the Shawnee Township Police are asking for the public’s help locating an elderly woman who may be suffering from dementia. 77 year old Janet Taflinger drove away from her West Hume Road residence Sunday afternoon in a 2010 Silver Mercury Milan with Ohio License Plate AM75AW. Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Janet Taflinger should contact the Shawnee Township Police at 227-1115.
>>Lima Police Looking For Answers
(Lima, OH) --30 year old Antonio Holley of Lima was shot early yesterday morning. That much Lima Police know. They don’t know much else because Holley was uncooperative with the investigation. Police are seeking information on the shooting which is thought to have occurred in the Northland area of the city. Anyone with information on the shooting of Antonio Holley should call LPD at 227-4444.
>>Lima Woman Runs Man Down
(Lima, OH) --39 year old Bethany Gerding of Lima was arrested Sunday and charged with vehicular assault after LPD determined she purposely struck 21 year old Bryan Chambers with her vehicle. Luckily it appears that Chambers escaped serious injury.
>>Verdict expected today in Auglaize County Murder trial
(Wapakoneta, OH) -- The murder trial stemming from the death of Erin Mulcahy in July of 2017 is expected to come to an end this morning. Closing arguments concluded on Friday and the Judge advised that the verdict on Brent Williams’s guilt would be delivered this morning at 9:00 at the Auglaize County Courthouse.
>>Robb Avenue Closure Continues
(Lima, OH) -- One of Lima’s main thoroughfares is closed today. West Robb Avenue is closed between Cole and Metcalf Streets as work crews install sewer pipes. Local traffic will be permitted but the travelling public is advised to plot a route around the closure.

>>Warriors Nip Raptors To Force Game Six
(Toronto, Ontario) -- The NBA Finals are going back to Oakland for Game Six. The Warriors closed Game Five on a 9-to-2 run to stun the Raptors 106-105 in Toronto. Kevin Durant posted 11 points in 12 minutes before injuring his Achilles and leaving the game. Warriors host Game Six on Thursday. Kyle Lowry badly missed a three-pointer at the buzzer that would have won the game for the Raptors.
