Lima, OH (WIMA) -- The cold and wet start to November has led City of Lima officials to change the paving schedule for several streets.
Public Works Director Howard Elstro spoke about the changes at the mayor's weekly press conference on Wednesday.
Work will be delayed on the following city streets:
Boyer between Edwards and the railroad
South Elizabeth Street
Kibby Street to the Ottawa River
Holly Street
Kibby Street to the railroad
Norvell Avenue
Tenth Street to Fourth Street
Florence Avenue
Second Street to the dead end
South Sugar to East Kibby
The work should resume in April 2019.
