Lima, OH (WIMA) - The search for a missing person believed to have been entrapped in his burning home in Hardin County on County Road 80 has concluded.
65-year-old Hugh Reis's body was discovered on Monday afternoon in a crawl space near the collapsed kitchen.
Hardin County Dispatch received a 911 call of a fire and possible entrapment at the Alger address on Sunday afternoon.
The Hardin County Sheriff's Office, the Hardin County Fire Investigation Team, along with Ohio BCI and I, are assisting the Alger Fire Department.
The cause of the fire is undetermined, and the case continues to be under investigation.
