PFVV Training in Ada

Lima, OH (WIMA) - The Partnership for Violent Free Families will be facilitating Youth Mental Health First Aid Training for 93 staff members at the Ada Exempted Village Schools.

Similar to ‘First Aid’ and CPR, ‘Youth Mental Health First Aid’ is 8-hour course for adults to better understand youth ages 13 through 18, developing mental health challenges or crises.

Ada is the fourth school district to have their staff trained in Youth Mental Health First Aid in the 3-county service area following Kenton City Schools, New Knoxville Schools and the Allen County Educational Service Center.
