Lima, OH (WIMA) - The Lima Police Department is very close to choosing a provider for body cameras for officers to be equipped with.
Major Jim Baker was on with Mike Miller on 1150 WIMA earlier this week.
He talked about how the department has been trying various brands of the cameras.
LPD is expected to make a decision in the next few weeks on which brand of body camera they will be using.
The department is currently testing out cameras made by Motorola.
