Lima, Ohio (WIMA) - On Monday night- Lima City Council voted to approve the 2014- 2015 C-D-B-G Allocation Funding by a seven to zero vote.

The Cheryl Allen Center and Jose and Sons Recycling allocations were not approved- a total of sixteen allocations were approved.

Director of Community Development- Amy Odum- explained that with the amount of money they receive shrinking- it’s hard to fund everything.

Two new allocations that were funded this year were a senior health program at the Bradfield Center- and air conditioning units for the L-A-C-N-I-P (LACK-nip) Resource Center.
